Planning information, not a quote

Cost ranges on this site — including the deck cost calculator and cost guides — come from published market data and are for planning only. They are not an offer or a quote. A Valley Decks price is provided only in a written estimate after an on-site measure.

Permit and code information

Permit thresholds, design criteria and code references are summarized from the cited official sources and can change. Always confirm requirements with your city or county building department and your HOA before building.

Images

Some images on this site are illustrations of deck types and details. Photographs of Valley Decks projects are identified as such on our projects page.
